Pipedrive Integration

Keep your customer data and marketing activity connected by integrating Pipedrive with Transpond. Automatically sync contacts from Pipedrive into Transpond, send targeted email campaigns, and use automations to follow up based on customer activity, without manual exporting or updating records. You can also send engagement data back to Pipedrive so your sales team always has the latest insight into how contacts are interacting with your marketing.

Who can use this feature? An Admin role is required to set up the integration

How to connect your Pipedrive Account


  1. In Transpond, click your company name in the top-right corner > Integrations > click Add Integrations > click View/Install under Pipedrive.
  2. Click Connect to Pipedrive
  3. You will now be redirected to the Pipedrive website, where you will be asked to log in if you aren't already, and then choose the Pipedrive account you would like to connect to Transpond. Click the account you would like to connect.
  4. Click to confirm you agree to the permissions required

Configuring the Pipedrive Integration


With your Pipedrive and Transpond accounts connected, you can now configure the integration.


You must select the Group to which your Pipedrive contacts will be added. Choose an existing Transpond Group or click the “Add a new Group” button to create a new Group. You can also select which Pipedrive fields to import for your contacts. Transpond will automatically create Custom Fields for the fields you import.


Additional filters can be applied to the fields to control which contacts are imported from Pipedrive into Transpond. For example, if you only want to import contacts who have purchased a specific product, and you record this in a custom field in Pipedrive, you can set up a filter for this:

Pipedrive Integration Actions

Pipedrive Integration Actions automatically add updates to your Pipedrive contacts when they complete a specific action. For example, you can use Pipedrive Integration Actions to add a note to the contact when they unsubscribe from your Group or to create a follow-up task for the Sales Team when a contact interacts with a specific campaign.

If you need to change any of the integration settings in the future, you can do so by clicking on your profile image in the top right corner > Integrations > click Manage next to Pipedrive > then click Settings

Managing the Pipedrive Integration


Once you have set up the integration, you can manage it by going to Integrations > click Manage next to Pipedrive. Here you can:

  • Change the Group(s) your Pipedrive contacts and leads are synced to
  • Configure which fields are imported
  • Define actions that update specific Pipedrive fields when your contacts interact with your marketing activity.
  • Create automated workflows based on Pipedrive updates. Or include Pipedrive within your other workflows.

Disconnecting the Pipedrive Integration

To disconnect the Pipedrive integration: 

  1. Click on the Account menu > Integrations > click Manage next to Pipedrive
  2. Click Disconnect and then confirm. 

When you disconnect a Pipedrive account, the existing contact data will remain in Transpond, and no further contact sync will take place.
