Signup Form Reports
Signup forms are often the first step in capturing customer interest, but without clear reporting, it’s hard to know what’s working and what needs attention. Form reporting helps you see how your forms are performing, from submission volumes to completion rates and common drop-off points.
With the right insights, you can quickly identify issues, reduce errors, and make informed improvements that increase conversions. Instead of guessing, you can confidently optimise your forms to save time, improve data quality, and create a smoother experience for your subscribers.

Understanding Signup Form Reports
Impressions - This metric shows the total number of people who have viewed your Website Form.
Signups - This metric shows the total number of people who successfully submitted the form. Comparing signups against impressions can help you understand how effectively your form converts visitors into subscribers.
Signups over time - Thisgraphchart shows how many signups were generated during the selected time period. Use it to identify trends, measure the impact of marketing activity, and spot increases or decreases in form performance.
Impressions & Signups by Device - This report breaks down impressions and signups by device type, such as desktop, mobile, and tablet. Large differences between impressions and signups on a particular device may indicate a usability issue or an opportunity to improve the form experience.
