Website Form Reports
Website forms are often the first step in capturing customer interest, but without clear reporting, it’s hard to know what’s working and what needs attention. Form reporting helps you see how your forms are performing, from submission volumes to completion rates and common drop-off points.
With the right insights, you can quickly identify issues, reduce errors, and make informed improvements that increase conversions. Instead of guessing, you can confidently optimise your forms to save time, improve data quality, and create a smoother experience for your subscribers.

Understanding Website Form Reports
Impressions - This metric shows the total number of people who have viewed your Website Form.
Signups - This metric shows the total number of people who completed the signup process for a Website Form. Tracking both impressions and signups helps you understand how effectively your signup form is performing. Together, these metrics show not only how many people completed the form, but also how many people saw it and chose to engage.
Signups over time - Measuring signups over time helps you understand trends, patterns, and the overall health of your marketing and growth efforts. Instead of looking at signup numbers in isolation, tracking them over days, weeks, or months reveals how audience behavior changes and what influences performance.
Impressions & Signups by Device - Analyzing impressions and signups by device type helps you understand how users behave across desktop, mobile, and tablet experiences. These insights can reveal usability issues, audience preferences, and opportunities to improve conversion rates. People often interact differently depending on the device they are using. Comparing impressions and signups across devices helps you understand where users are most engaged and most likely to convert.
