Slack Integration

Connect Transpond to your Slack workspace so your team can see and act on campaign activity in real time, without logging in or checking reports.

The Slack integration lets you automatically send messages when contacts engage with your emails, or include Slack notifications in your automations. This helps your team stay aligned, respond faster, and avoid missing important moments.


  • Stay on top of engagement: Get instant notifications when contacts open emails, click links, or take key actions.
  • Respond faster as a team: Sales or Support teams can follow up at the right moment while interest is high.
  • Reduce manual checking: No need to monitor campaign reports; updates are sent directly to Slack.

Who can use this feature? An Admin role is required to set up the integration

How to connect your Slack Workspace


  1. In Transpond, go to Account menu > Integrations.
  2. Click Add Integrations.
  3. Find Slack and click View/Install.
  4. Click Connect to Slack.
  5. Select your Slack workspace in the top right corner, then click Allow.

Once connected, Slack will be available as an action in your Transpond Automations.
