Connect your Trustpilot Business account to Transpond to automatically bring your reviewers into your marketing audience, so you can respond quickly, build stronger relationships, and make the most of every review.

By connecting Trustpilot to Transpond, you can:

Connecting Trustpilot Business to Transpond

1. In Transpond, go to Account menu > Integrations > + Add Integrations
2. Click View/Install next to Trustpilot
3. Click Connect to Trustpilot
4. Enter your Trustpilot Business login details
5. In Transpond, enter the website(s) linked to your Trustpilot account and click Add after each one
6. Select the Group (or create a new one) where the reviewer

Once connected, all past reviewers are imported into your selected Group and any new reviews automatically add the reviewer to that Group in real time.  This means your audience stays up to date without any manual effort.

Using the Trustpilot Integration

As soon as your Trustpilot account is connected, you can start using your review activity to send campaigns directly to the people who have left a review. Or automate sending thank you emails and special. These workflows help you stay engaged with customers without adding more to your team’s workload, so you can turn positive feedback into stronger loyalty and more repeat business.

Send a Campaign to Trustpilot Reviewers

To send a campaign to contacts in your Trustpilot reviewers;

1. Go to Campaigns > Email > + Start a Camapign
2. Give the campaign a name and then click Create Campaign
3. Under 'Who should receive this campaign?' select your Trustpilot review Group
4. Continue with the rest of the campaign wizard, design the template and either send right away or schedule it.

Managing the Trustpilot Integration

After connecting, you can update or review your setup at any time:

• Go to Account menu > Integrations
• Click Manage next to Trustpilot

From here, you can:

• View a history of synced reviewers
• Change which Group reviewers are added to
• Add additional review sites
• Disconnect the integration

This gives you flexibility as your campaigns or team structure evolve.

Disconnecting the Trustpilot Integration

To disconnect your Trustpilot account:

1. Go to Account menu > Integrations
2. Click Manage next to Trustpilot
3. Click Disconnect and confirm
