Manage Your Domains

The My Domains page gives you a clear overview of all the domains connected to your Transpond account. It’s where you can check their status, take action if something isn’t set up correctly, and manage how your domains are used.

This helps you stay on top of deliverability, reduce sending issues, and keep everything working as expected.

Who can use this feature? Anyone

Available on: Free, Starter, Growth, Advanced and Ultimate

Where to find your domains

  1. Go to Account settings
  2. Select My Domains

You’ll see a list of your domains along with their current status.

What you can see at a glance

For each domain, you can quickly check:

  • Verification status

    Whether the domain has been verified and is ready to use

  • Authentication status

    Whether the required records have been set up correctly

  • Deliverability score

    A score out of 10 showing how well your domain is configured for sending emails

This overview makes it easy to spot issues early and take action before they affect your campaigns.

Actions you can take

From this page, you can manage each domain without needing to start the setup process again.

Depending on the domain’s status, you can:

  • Verify a domain

    If a domain hasn’t been verified yet, you can trigger a verification email.

  • Authenticate a domain

    If authentication is incomplete, you can access the required DNS records and finish setup.

  • Improve deliverability

    If your score isn’t 10/10, you’ll see guidance on how to improve it.

  • Manage domain settings For added domains, you can:
    • Set a test domain
    • Set up MX records
    • Remove tracking or CDN subdomains
    • Delete the domain if it’s no longer needed

Add or buy domains

You can also add a new domain or buy one directly from this page, making it easy to get started without leaving Transpond.

  • Check if a domain is ready for sending
  • Fix verification or authentication issues
  • Improve your email deliverability
  • Manage or clean up existing domains
  • Add a new domain to your account
