Manage Integrations

Integrations connect Transpond with the tools you already use, so your data stays in sync without manual work. The Integrations page is where you can see and manage all the tools connected to your Transpond account. It gives you a clear overview of each integration and provides options to manage and configure each integration.

Where to find your integrations

1. Go to Account settings
2. Select Integrations

You’ll see a list of your connected integrations, along with a summary of their current status and activity.

Each integration works a little differently, but they all give you visibility and control in one place.

Depending on the integration, you may be able to:

• Check connection details

  See which account is connected and confirm it’s working correctly.

• Review activity and history

  View recent syncs, campaigns, or automation activity to understand what’s happening and spot any issues.

• Update data syncing

  Manage how your data is shared, such as contacts, lists, or fields, or run a manual sync if something looks out of date.

• Import data

  Bring in contacts, templates, or other assets when needed, without waiting for an automatic sync.

• Disconnect an integration

  Safely disconnect any integration you no longer need.

Not all integrations offer the same controls. Some include detailed sync settings and activity history, while others only show basic connection information.

This means the options you see will depend on the integration, but the purpose of the page stays the same: helping you understand and manage how each integration is being used.

When to use this page

Use the Integrations page when you want to:

• Confirm an integration is connected and working
• Fix missing or outdated data
• Check recent activity or sync history
• Import data from another platform
• Disconnect an integration you no longer need
