What is Transpond?

Transpond helps you send emails to your customers, understand how they engage, and manage your audience in one place. This guide covers what Transpond does, what you need to use it, and what to expect when you first start sending.

What is Transpond?

Transpond is an online marketing platform that lets you send campaigns, automate messages, and track how your emails perform.

With Transpond, you can:

  • Send campaigns to large groups of subscribers (for example, newsletters)
  • Set up automated emails triggered by events, such as birthdays or purchases
  • Track engagement, including opens, clicks, and subscriber location
  • Manage and segment your subscriber lists
  • Create signup forms for your website or social pages
  • Design emails using a drag-and-drop editor or import your own HTML

It also includes transactional email capabilities, making it easier to send and monitor important one-to-one messages.

Transpond is designed to be simple to get started with, while still offering more advanced tools and insights as your needs grow.

System requirements

Transpond is a cloud-based application, so there’s nothing to install.

To use Transpond, you’ll need:

  • A modern web browser
  • An internet connection

Supported browsers

For the best experience, use one of the following:

  • Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Firefox (latest version)
  • Microsoft Edge (latest version)
  • Safari (current and previous major versions, version 13+)

Using an up-to-date browser helps ensure Transpond runs reliably and securely.

What to Expect When You Start Sending

When you first start using Transpond, your email sending speed is temporarily limited.

This helps protect your account and ensures good email delivery for all users by reducing the risk of spam or deliverability issues.

Why this matters

When you send emails from a new platform, email providers (like Gmail or Outlook) may treat this as a change and monitor your activity more closely.

If too many emails are sent too quickly, your messages may:

  • Be filtered into spam folders
  • Be blocked or not delivered

To avoid this, sending volume is gradually increased. This gives email providers time to recognise your sending activity as legitimate.

How it works

  • Your first few campaigns are sent at a reduced speed
  • After each successful campaign, your sending speed increases
  • This process is automatic

After five successful campaigns, your account will reach full sending speed, as long as no issues are detected.

How to check your progress

While limits are in place, you’ll see a notice on the final step of the campaign setup screen.

Once this notice disappears, your campaigns are sending at full speed.
