HubSpot Integration

Connect HubSpot with Transpond to keep your contacts, marketing activity, and customer communication fully aligned. Who can use this feature? An Admin role is required to set up the integration

Connecting your HubSpot Account

  1. In Transpond, click your company name in the top-right corner > Integrations > click Add Integrations > click View/Install under HubSpot.
  2. Click Connect to HubSpot
  3. Log in to your existing HubSpot account or create a new one.

Managing the HubSpot Integration

Once you have set up the integration, you can manage it by going to Integrations > click Manage next to HubSpot. Here you can:

  • Change the group your HubSpot contacts sync to.
  • See sync history.
  • Update settings or disconnect the integration

Disabling the HubSpot Integration

To disconnect the HubSpot integration: 

  1. Click on the Account menu > Integrations > click Manage next to HubSpot 
  2. Click Disconnect and then confirm. 

When you disconnect a HubSpot account, the existing contact data will remain in Transpond, no further contact sync will take place.
