Campaign Monitor
Easily migrate your contacts from Campaign Monitor into Transpond and continue managing your email marketing from one central platform. The Campaign Monitor integration allows you to quickly import existing subscriber lists into Transpond, helping you move your audience without manual data entry or complicated setup. Once imported, you can start creating campaigns, building automations, and engaging your subscribers using Transpond’s marketing tools.
Who can use this feature? An Admin role is required to set up the integration

Connecting Campaign Monitor to Transpond
- In Transpond, click your company name in the top-right corner > Integrations > click Add Integrations > click View/Install under Campaign Monitor.
- Click Connect to Campaign Monitor
- Enter your Campaign Monitor credentials and click Allow Access
- You can now start importing Campaign Monitor contacts to your Transpond Groups.
Using the Campaign Monitor Integration
With your Campaign Monitor account connected to Transpond, you can add Campaign Monitor contacts to any of your Transpond Groups. To do this, go to:
- Groups in Transpond and click on the Group you would like to add contacts to
- Click +Add Contacts
- Click Import under Campaign Monitor
- Select the Campaign Monitor group that you would like to import
- Map the Campaign Monitor fields to corresponding Transpond fields, or create new fields in Transpond.
- Once all fields have been mapped, click Next to start the import.
You can track the progress of the import and see how many new/updated contacts have been added via Campaign Monitor by going to the Transpond Group > click Imports > here you will see a list of all imports for that Group.
The Campaign Monitor integration is an import, not a contact sync. If you add new contacts to Campaign Monitor, you will need to rerun the import to add the new contacts to Transpond.
Disconnecting Campaign Monitor
To disconnect Campaign Monitor from your Transponf account. Click your company name in the top-right corner > Integrations > click Manage next to Campaign Monitor > then click Disconnect.
