Renewal Date Reminders
Automatically send renewal reminders to customers before their renewal date, so you never have to manually track or follow up on expiring contracts, subscriptions, or memberships.
This Automation sends an email reminder to contacts a set number of days before their renewal date, helping you stay proactive and ensuring customers receive timely communication every time.
Before you begin, make sure you already have a Date Custom Field set up in Capsule to store the renewal date.
What this Automation does:
- Looks at a specific date field in Transpond
- Sends a reminder email 2 days before the specified date

- Then.... select End this Automation but all contacts to re-join
- For contacts who are at this point in the workflow.
