Choosing The Right Email Template
Every email you send from Transpond starts with a template. Whether you're sending a beautifully designed newsletter, a simple update, or using an email you've already created elsewhere, Transpond provides several ways to create your template.
Choosing the right template type can save time and make editing your emails much easier later.
This article explains each template option and when you might want to use it.
Before you begin
To create a new template:

Plain Text
Best for: Personal, text-focused emails.
Plain Text templates use a simple editor to create emails that feel more like a message written in your inbox than a designed marketing campaign.
You can still personalise emails with merge tags and include links and images, while keeping the overall design clean and professional.
